We offer support inside and outside the home, with our highly trained caregivers having the principal aim of helping our clients enjoy as fulfilled and active lives as possible. While we work assiduously to help our adult clients maintain productive and independent lives, we are also aware that our younger clients need to enjoy fun-filled childhoods, regardless of any disability.

Regardless of our place of care, whether in your homes or in a residential facility, we encourage our clients to contribute to the choices and decisions we make related to their care when they can, therefore, allowing them to feel in control of their lives. We utilize a ‘person-centered’ approach when compiling our care programs, which includes consulting with broader friends and family, and medical professionals to make sure we are providing the most personalized care to each client. In situations whereby clients are not older enough to decide for themselves or are not mentally capable of doing so, we will always look to make those decisions on their behalf in their interests.

We pair a care assistant with our clients according to the client’s circumstances and requirements. In cases where a client’s behavior is challenging, we employ carers trained in this regard to ensure that the dignity and respect of such clients are upheld. In the long run, we must be pairing clients with trustable and bankable caregivers, which our clients can comfortably build a relationship with.
